Processing Times
Many of our products are made to order. That means some items take a little extra time before they’re ready to ship, because they’re created with care instead of pulled off a shelf.
    •    Standard (non-custom) items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
    •    Custom or made-to-order items: Typically ship within 7–21 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

If your order contains both standard and custom items, everything may ship together once the custom items are complete.We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, it will ship using the method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within:
    •    United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
    •    International Orders (if available): 10–21 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and holiday volume can occasionally slow things down.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it a little time to appear in the carrier’s system, then you’ll be able to follow its journey.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we’ll help however we reasonably can.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll review the situation and work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
