The final transformation happens by hand: our artists use precision airbrushing to add depth, shadow, and rich color gradients. All sales of custom or personalized items are final.
Because these products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized items.
Please review proofs, spelling, colors, sizes, and details carefully before approving your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Non-Custom Items
For eligible non-custom items, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
• is unused
• is in original condition
• includes original packaging
Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, odor, or alteration.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
After evaluation, we may repair, replace, or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours unless production has begun.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once materials are ordered or work has started.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
Limitations and Other Terms
